hangover
a migraine hangover.way too much of yesterday was spent sitting on my fat arse, at the computer, ignoring all the warning signs of impending head crash (although i did have a 2 hour afternoon nap). i paid for it at 3am this morning. i really should start looking after myself. if i don't, nobody else will...
