tales of ordinary madness

i really should have stayed home yesterday. the lurgy that has beset me since friday came back with a vengeance overnight. i woke up at 3am with a burning dry itchy throat and my ears were so itchy i thought i would go insane. add to that a very attractive barking cough and you just know i was feeling like crap. after a few fitful hours of alternate coughing and sleeping, i woke up and called in sick using my best creepy weirdo voice and then went back to sleep. i am incredibly bored with being stuck at home so i spent most of what was left of the morning chatting on msn (no voice required) with my lovely friend, the professor. the rest of the day was consumed with the usual crawling all over the interwebby thing and taking pictures of the everchanging sky outside my window. when i realised i was being a bit obsessive, i moved on to snapping random things around the flat. full evidence of my madness over at flickr...
