up and down
today was the day i was supposed to share with you the 10kg milestone. 'tis a pity i managed to gain 1kg instead of losing the .9kg i needed to lose to reach my goal. no mille lire roast vegetable & feta pizza for my celebration dinner now :(then i came home to a letter telling me that the rent is going up by $15 a week.
these two ups have left me quite down. i had a little 'feeling sorry for myself' cry and blamed hormones. i guess i cannot blame hormones for the rent increase but it kinda fits for everything else...
i know i have been skimming under the surface again. i know why. i know why i'm really feeling all fucked up.
the incident i referred to previously was neatly swept under the carpet as a few days after it happened, the other party conveniently left town for a few weeks. this weekend is the scheduled return and i realise that i am still pissed off and fear that the friendship that i treasured and really wanted to preserve is probably going to end.

look at the good things you have summer on the way we have rain and now much cooler weather christmas is coming (too Quick) and well be tucked up in our houses with the heating on with zero tempretures,
you have done well with the weight loss great in fact this was just one week,
and remember we are all here just as the show says phone a friend
have a great day
When it rains it pours, I know. Still I think next time it is going to pour all the good stuff....and you deserve good stuff.
So what, you didn't loose all the weight you wanted but all that means is you didn't loose it.
You did great loosing what you did and the rest will just take a bit longer.
As for your friendship, if it was a strong friendship then it will survive, if not oh well.
It sounds like you are taking all of this on your shoulders and you shouldn't.
Roast veggies with feta pizza sounds good.
Have an extra slice for me and tell the landlord Walker says he's a prick. :)
Hang in there Susan. Think of all of the weight you did lose. You will get there and when you do that dinner will be even more special.
And boo-hiss on the landlord. That is a lot--$60 a month. Is there a place you can complain to about the rather sharp increase. I can see $15 a month, but not a week.
Hang in there! As has been said, any weight loss is a great start. And the rent increase sucks. Hope it all works out with your friend.
ah, Susan. You're doing well to have identified what is causing the emotions. Change, especially in the relationship department, is SO hard.
and then, a rent increase. BOOOO!
But on the weight, hey! You've done fantastic!
Take care!
