gone to pot...
after spending the morning at the doggierescue stand at the festival, i met up with my friends, kt and m - they live across the road from the park where the festival was held. we had a look around the stalls and ate moroccan lamb rolls that were totally delish. i bought a nice new purple bag - um, i really needed another one...after we had had our festival fill, we went back to kt & m's apartment where i drank way too much wine and much to my chagrin, smoked some wacky tabaccy... i'm not ashamed to admit that in my wilder, younger years i was a sometime but never chronic user of soft drugs. i have not touched any for many years; if memory serves me well, i had a small puff after the company christmas party in 1998 but regular use stopped about 15 years ago. now i know why i gave it up. tis fun while it's happening but add alcohol to the bloodstream and it's la-la land for me. despite the visit to la-la land, the incoherent conversations and today's rather seedy, hangover driven indolence, i had a lot of fun catching up with the boys and look forward to doing it all again soon, minus the stimulants :)

Sounds like you're feeling healthier, susan, and that's a good thing!
I think many of us did that in our younger years. But, I still have a ton of friends who still do it on a regular basis. I call it hippie lettuce.
on the lighter side and your experiance.hows this,
up north we had a men who installed lights and heaters in his loft just to culitvate 28 plants (what he did not reliase is that a certain aroma comes from a forest)and his neighbour reconised the smell and as you know its ok for your own consumption but 28 plants, well needless to say the authorities did not see it that way.
What only in the younger years?
No one told me you had to stop.
Wait when do the younder years end I may still have hope.
There is nothing wrong if everything is in moderation.
I have learned to cut back and enjoy now where as a kid it was just stay stoned.
